How to use this tool

  • ChildrenEnter the number of kids (they count as 0.6 of an adult portion).
  • Meal stylePick light, standard, or hearty service to adjust portion sizes.
  • Leftover buffer (%)Add a cushion for second helpings or meal prep. We'll increase quantities by this percentage.
  • Include coursesCheck the dishes you plan to serve—protein, starch, vegetables, salad, dessert, and drinks—to include them in the totals.
